Lewisport will kick off its summer market season June 20 with a combined flea and farmers market at Chapman Park.
The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature a mix of vendors offering antiques, collectibles, vintage goods and other hard-to-find items, along with local farmers market products.
Organizer Megan Simpson said interest has been strong, with vendors planning to attend from Lewisport, Owensboro and the nearby Consumer Mall. Food vendors Kluckies and Hello Pop are confirmed, and live music may be added.
Vendor setup is free, and additional vendors are still being accepted. The Lewisport Flea Market will be held on Saturdays from June 20 through July 25 at Chapman Park.
The June 20 event will also serve as the opening day of the Lewisport Farmers Market, which will continue every Saturday in July and August from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For more information or to register as a vendor, contact Simpson at Lewisport City Hall at 270-295-3324 or email [email protected].
