4th Annual Dave Taylor Memorial Softball Tournament to Benefit Raelan Hodges

The 4th Annual Dave Taylor Memorial Softball Tournament is this Saturday, September 7th at South Hancock Park, and benefits Raelan Hodges in her fight against leukemia. Originally, this tournament was created to benefit Hancock County native and Clarion Award Winning Journalist Dave Taylor. After Dave’s passing, his legacy is being honored by continuing the tournament to benefit a local family in need. So far all beneficiaries of the tournament have been Hancock Countians battling cancer.
Everyone in our community is welcome to at tend this event to help us raise money for this deserving cause, watch the exciting softball action, and fellowship with community members. Softball Tourney. The Co-ed Softball Tournament begins at 8 am with 6 teams competing. Much like Dave himself, this softball tournament is one of a kind.
