Holiday Hoopla fun for family and kids; December 9th at Vastwood Park
On Saturday, December 9th, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., there will be a fun Holiday Hoopla event at Vastwood Park. The event is sponsored by Hancock County Public Libraries, HC Fiscal Court, HC Parks Department, and the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce.
Fun Events for Children
Children will have the opportunity to visit with Santa, Bluey, Elsa, the Grinch, and Spider-Dude, as well as catch a ride on the Holiday Train and inflatables!
HC Schools Choir
The Hancock County Schools Choir will be singing at 3:00 p.m.
Food
Sunny Daze, Chili from the Galaxy, sweets from EMazing Cupcakes & Treats, popcorn from Hello Pop, and more will be available for you to choose from.
Donate
Jingle Bell Trot will be at 3:30 p.m. with Hancock County Health Coalition – please bring socks, underwear, gloves, or leggings. They will be donated to Hancock County Family Resource and those in need.
Light Displays
There are several new light displays this year, and the Holiday Light Displays throughout Vastwood Park will be available for your enjoyment as you drive through, beginning November 26th, and through January 3rd.
