Trail of Treats at Vastwood Park
Monday, October 31 is the Twentieth Annual Trail of Treats at Vastwood Park from 4:00-6:00 p.m. sponsored by the Hancock County Fiscal Court & the Hancock County Parks Department. Please contact Fiscal Court Clerk Sage Young at Judge/Executive Johnny W. Roberts, Jr.’s office if your organization would like to hand out treats. The phone number is 270-927-8137.
“Anyone who would like to participate and cannot personally be there to hand out candy for their business can bring candy to the Judge/Executive’s office and we can arrange for it to be passed out on their behalf,” Fiscal Court Clerk Young said. “Or they can make a monetary donation and we can purchase the candy and hand it out on their behalf as well. We really want to get as many businesses and people involved as we can because it’s such a fun time for the kids. The more we have the better it is for them.”
The Hancock County Judge/Executive office is located at 225 Main Cross Street in Hawesville. The office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.
