Nancy Muffett, of Nancy’s Notes, is heeding the call for donations to help the flood victims of her beloved state of Kentucky. She is calling this latest effort “Operation Dry Bottoms.” Nancy is no stranger to rolling up her sleeves to help her neighbor’s in need. Her last effort helped the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Most donations at that time were for the smallest victims, babies.
There is great expense for those who have lost everything to maintain the comfort of their little ones’. Nancy will be at the Hancock County Fair this Friday and Saturday between 2pm-6pm. Her goal is to “” with all items that it takes to meet the needs of her friends and neighbors.
Muffest will then drive the van to the local Red Cross or the nearest shelter in the hardest hit counties.
