Bookmobile Have you seen our library on wheels around town and wondered what it was?   The bookmobile is an extremely helpful and very appreciated attribute to our community. The Hancock County Public Library’s Bookmobile travels all around Hancock County, bringing library materials to members of the community. The Bookmobile is like a mobile library and keeps all the same materials a normal library would have, just on wheels. The Bookmobile inventory includes adult, juvenile, and children’s books, audio-books, music CDs, DVDs, and free WIFI.

Despite the pandemic, the Bookmobile served approximately 1,000 people and checked out over 2,000 items in 2020!

If you are interested in using the Bookmobile, you can call Christopher at (270) 927-6760.
