Troy Lee Jackson, arraignment, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. The defendant guilty; the defendant’s 90-day jail sentence suspended.

Felony Court

Michael J. Miller, preliminary hearing, flagrant nonsupport. The defendant’s case continued to 12-6-22 at 8:30 a.m.

Kaelin Green, review, flagrant nonsupport. The defendant’s case continued to 1-3-23 at 8:30 a.m.

Larry J. Vanconey, arraignment, three charges. 1) Tampering with physical evidence. 2) Theft of mail matter. 3) Theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $500 but less than $1,000. The defendant entered a plea of not guilty to all charges; the defendant’s preliminary hearing scheduled for 10-4-22 at 8:30 a.m.

Brittany Nicole Southard, preliminary hearing, four charges. 1) Possession of a controlled substance-first degree-first offense. 2) Possession of a controlled substance-second degree-barbiturate. 3) Possession of a controlled substance-third degree-drug unspecified. 4) Possession of a controlled substance-second degree-drug unspecified. The defendant’s case continued to 9-27-22 at 1 p.m.

Stephanie J.  Beier, preliminary hearing, four charges. 1) Public intoxication-controlled substance-excludes alcohol. 2) Giving an officer false identifying information. 3) Possession of a controlled substance-first degree-first offense. 4) Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession. The defendant’s case continued to 9-27-22 at 1 p.m.

Traffic Court

Hayden William Hamilton, arraignment, two charges. 1) Speeding 26 MPH over/greater. Charge amended to 20 plus MPH over. The defendant sentenced to state traffic school. 2) Failure to produce insurance card. Proof shown, charge dismissed.

Bavetta K. Woods, other hearing, three charges. 1) No/expired registration plates. Charge amended; the defendant fined $25. 2) All other traffic offenses not listed. The defendant fined $25. 3) Failure to produce insurance card. The defendant fined $25. The court recalled the defendant’s failure to appear; defendant found guilty on all three charges and all fines concurrent. The defendant to pay fines and costs of $167.50 by 11-1-22 or show cause.

Ronald Lee Carman, pretrial conference, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. The defendant’s charge amended to license not in possession and fined $25 plus costs of $142.50. To pay fine and costs by 10-4-22.
