Shubael Little Pioneer Village Annual Open House; October 15 & 16
Shubael Little Pioneer Village in Rocky Point, Indiana is having their annual Open House on Saturday and Sunday, October 15 & 16 at one mile from Rocky Point on Route 66. There are 6 original log cabins moved there log-by-log. It features life in Southern Perry County in the 1860’s.
Enactors present historical and educational programs spotlighting daily life in the mid-1800’s.
The only required fee is $5 parking fee per vehicle. Meals are sold and free samples of food are presented in each cabin, of food served in that time period.
