All Over Maintenance opens in Lewisport, will maintain your home

The crew of All Over Maintenance was busy Saturday and Sunday at the Owensboro Home & Garden Show. Seated are owners Kevin McManaway and Tanya Iverson. Standing are Dylan McManaway and Tyler Kreisle.
One of the biggest challenges for most homeowners is keeping up with the small and large tasks that come with maintaining their property. With busy lifestyles, it is not unusual for homeowners to discover they’ve run out of time.
Yards don’t mow themselves, and gutters can quickly get out of hand.
All Over Maintenance – owned by Kevin McManaway and Taunya Iverson – will provide homeowners with a reliable service to keep their home issue-free and prevent future, more expensive problems.
“We will come to your house, come through and do a complete inspection,” McManaway said. “Whatever the issues are with the house, we take care of them. Six months later, we will come back and do it again. If you need us before that, such as needing a ceiling fan put up, give us a call. The whole premise is to keep the home maintained.”
Maintenance plans start at $69 a month, with other tiers at $89 and $119 monthly. Examples of services include fixing leaky faucets, caulking windows and doors, painting trim, cleaning gutters, electrical system inspections, annual termite inspections, fixing leaky roofs, plumbing issues, and HVAC servicing.
McManaway has more than 30 years in the construction and home building industry, and has been a licensed home inspector for 10 years. He says he developed the business after several homeowners inquired about what home maintenance priorities should be and if anyone in the area provided such a service.
Services are ideal for busy professionals, single parents, disabled homeowners, and those who may not possess the knowledge to tackle repairs themselves.
Other services include pool and spa maintenance, as well as supplies at their 430 Pell Street location, including pool water testing.
All Over Maintenance also offers yard care, which is a separate service from the monthly plans. Estimates will be based on the size of the lawn, as well as the personal preferences of the property owner.
The company is currently offering early sign-on discounts until April 1, and one lucky customer out of the first 100 will receive one year of service for free. The first 100 homeowners to request a quote will be entered to win one of three prizes – a Traeger Grill, a patio set or a $100 gas card.
All Over Maintenance can be reached by phone at 270.922.5331. The company also has a web site, allovermaintenance.com, and a Facebook page @TheAllOverCompany!
