Perry County Memorial Hospital Adds Several New Additions; Clinical Expansions
TELL CITY, Indiana – Perry County Memorial Hospital is very excited to announce the addition of six new providers, one new permanent member of our administration team, and the expansion of services within Perry and Spencer County. In a maximal effort to meet community needs, especially during these trying times, we have successfully expanded both our provider network and clinic operations.
The Perry County Memorial Hospital – Spencer County Clinic will be permanently relocating into the current Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Clinic in Rockport, Indiana. This new clinic location is approximately two blocks away from our current Spencer County Clinic building, where Dr. Glenn Sherman currently practices. Dr. Sherman will be moving into the new location. A tentative transition timeline of January 2021 is in development and more information will become available as it arises. Our partnership with Ascension St. Vincent has allowed for the smooth transition of their Rockport Clinic to expand PCMH services within Spencer County.
Dr. Carrie Arias will join Dr. Glenn Sherman and Sidney Raetz, FNP at the Rockport Clinic. Previously, Dr. Carrie Arias was employed by Ascension St. Vincent and has practiced in Rockport for five (5) years. She will be at the clinic 3.5 days per week and is accepting new patients.
Additionally, PCMH is pleased to announce the expansion of our new 13th Street Clinic in Tell City. The current Perry County Surgical Associates building will be transitioned to the Perry County Memorial Hospital 13th Street Clinic, in which will house our new Women and Children’s Clinic, Perry County Surgical Associates, Sleep Disorders Center & Pulmonary Care, and primary care. The timeline for the development of the 13th Street Clinic is planned for February 2021.
Newest additions and locations are as the following:
Dr. Joshua Poos, Family Practice, joined the Tell City Clinic in March 2020; Dr. Kuldeep Pandit, Pulmonologist, joined our Sleep Disorders Center & Pulmonary Care in July 2020; Dr. Jeffrey Brown, General Surgeon, joined our general surgery team in November 2020; Dr. Carrie Arias, Family Practice, joins Spencer County Clinic with Dr. Sherman in January 2021; Dr. Micia Roby, Family Practice- Obstetrics, joins our 13th Street Women’s & Children’s Clinic with Dr. Kemper, current PCMH OB/GYN, inside the new 13th Street Clinic in January 2021; Dr. Seth Coynor, Pediatrician, joins both the Women & Children’s Center with Dr. Kemper and the Spencer County Clinic in January 2021; Kayla Lawalin, Family Nurse Practitioner, joined us in the development of the Women’s & Children’s service line and primary care in November 2020; Sidney Raetz, Family Nurse Practitioner, joined the Tell City Clinic and Dr. Sherman in Spencer County Clinic in April 2020; Bill Bryant, RN/BSN/MBA, joined our administrative team as permanent Chief Nursing Officer in October 2020.

Dr. Carrie Arias has an estimated arrival in the new Spencer County Clinic in February 2021 and will be accepting new patients.
