Zachary Mattingly, arraignment scheduled, violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. The court issued a notice for the defendant to appear in two weeks.
Lonnie W. Cothern, pretrial conference scheduled, resisting arrest. The defendant entered a plea of guilty and sentenced to six months in jail. The court probated all but five days of the sentence. The defendant received credit for two days served in jail.
