Wet-dry petitions tentatively have enough signatures

After months of gathering signatures, the two petitions being circulated to force wet-dry votes in the city of Hawesville and in Hancock County as a whole have twice the number of signatures required to put the questions on the ballot in November, but those numbers must be certified first.
