Parents indicted for child endangerment

By Dave Taylor The parents of a 2-year-old child who allegedly overdosed on methamphetamine in September have been indicted by a Hancock County grand jury. Sarah Olivia Webb, 35, and David A. Rearden, 36, were each indicted on charges of first-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 years or younger and first degree wanton endangerment.…
