Jacob McFall, pretrial conference, four charges of wanton endangerment-first degree. The defendant entered a plea of guilty to one wanton endangerment charge, the rest dismissed. A pretrial diversion agreement signed.

Jiera McIntosh, pretrial conference, four charges. 1) Assault third degree police/probation officer. 2) Burglary-second degree. 3) Assault fourth degree minor injury. 4) Resisting arrest. A court notice issued to the defendant concerning the case being continued to 2-7-24 at 1 pm.

Dianna McKinney, pretrial conference, two charges. 1) Murder. 2) Tampering with physical evidence. The defendant’s case continued to 3-22-24 at 10 am.

Marcus Blake McNeese, pretrial conference, six charges. 1) Unlawful imprisonment-first degree 2) Convicted felon in possession of a firearm. 3) Assault fourth degree dating violence-no visible injury. 4-6) Wanton endangerment-first degree. The defendant’s case continued to 2-23-24 at 10 am.

Leonard J. Melton, pretrial conference, two charges. 1) Convicted felon in possession of a handgun Charge amended to disorderly conduct; the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the amended charge and received a probated sentence. 2) Being a persistent felony offender in the second degree.
