Michael A. Woosley
We are sad to announce the passing of Michael A. Woosley on November 9, 2023 in Hawesville, KY after a courageous battle with cancer. Mike was born in Louisville, KY on January 31, 1961. He lived in many places but Hampton Bay, NY was by far his favorite.
Mike held many titles through out his life, starting out as a loving son to Mildred and Charles Woosley along with a brother to Jo, Linda, Teddy Wayne and James Woosley.
The community knew him best as a mechanic, dedicated truck driver and trusted friend. Not many knew he served his country as an US Army Veteran.
His favorite role in life was being a loving husband to Wendy and father to his daughter Kristina and boys Michael, Tyler, Devin and Sean and granddaughter Reeanna and many nieces, nephews and cousins. There is nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
A private Memorial Service was given to him by his family and close friends. Gibson & Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with care.
