Beekeepers to meet Sept. 14th at Perry Central

The Perry County Beekeepers will have a meeting on September 14, at the Perry Central High School Agriculture building and you can enter through the front door. The meeting will start at 6:00 p. m. CST.

We will have food at the meeting so bring a snack for everyone to enjoy.

Topics covered will be removing supers, safely storing supers to avoid wax moths. What to do with struggling colonies, mite treatment and fall feeding.

As always, there will be time for questions, answers and comments about all levels and areas of beekeeping.

The meeting is free and open to the public. Anyone interested in beekeeping is invited.
