Upcoming court cases indictment hearings; Hancock County

Update on Court Cases in Hancock County:

• Dianna Boyd McKinney (57) was indicted on charges of Assault, First Degree, and Tampering With Physical Evidence on June 28th, 2023. McKinney’s pretrial conference is scheduled for Friday, September 22nd at 10 a.m. The pretrial will start the process for a jury trial.
• Connie Jean Oden, of Hawesville, was indicted on the charge of Second-Degree Manslaughter and plead not guilty during her arraignment on January 24th, 2022. Oden’s pretrial conference was February 22nd, 2022. She is scheduled for a pretrial on Friday, September 22nd at 10 a.m. Her potential jury trial is set for October 11th.
• Michael Bickett’s pretrial is also scheduled for Friday, September 22nd at 10 a.m. Bickett (27), of Hawesville, was indicted on the charge of Wanton Endangerment, First Degree, which led to the death of Jacoby Gray (22), of Hancock County, in late December 2022.
