9-13-2022 – Very Severe Collision at 12:00 p.m. CST  – Going Straight Ahead Traveling East at between 40 & 50 mph – Shawn T. Ames of Cannelton – LT Truck (Van/Sports Utility/Pickup) – Environmental Factor was Sun Glare – Bob’s Towing & Recovery towed vehicle. 2009  Silver Chevrolet Traverse/Indiana.

9-13-2022 –  Angle Collision on Roadway at 7:35 a.m. CST at Intersection with KY0271-S KY271 – W US60 – 2.3 miles W of City Limits – Hawesville. Hancock County EMS delivered to Perry County Hospital. Hancock County Sheriff Department DRAFT: 1 was traveling north on KY 271 and stopped at the intersection of US 60 East. Unit 2 was traveling east on US 60 in the slow lane, right hand lane. Unit 1, failed to yield right of way, pulled directly into the path of Unit 2. Unit 2 did not have time to react and was unable to avoid collision with Unit 1. Unit 2 struck the driver door of Unit 1. Unit 1 and Unit 2 lost control of their vehicles and traveled north-east into the median of US 60. Unit 1 came to final rest facing south partially in the median of US 60 East and partially in the fast lane, left hand lane, of US 60. Unit 2 came to final rest facing north in the median of US 60.

9-17-2022 – Rear End Minor Collision on Roadway at 4:20 p.m. CST on State Route 69 North, 2 miles East of City Limits – Hawesville – 2 Units involved. Operator Shane A. Furguson of Tell City, IN. No suspected alcohol or drug use. HC Sheriff Dept DRAFT: Unit 1 – 2015 Hyundai Orange. Was coming to a stop at the intersection of Happy Hollow Rd and State Route 69 North. Unit 1 failed to make a complete stop and struck Unit 2 which was stopped at the stop sign, to enter onto St Rt 69 North. Unit 1 and Unit 2 reported no injuries. No tow was required.

9-17-2022 – Minor Collision at 6:00 p.m. CST – Pre-Collision Vehicle Action: Slowing or Stopped – Passenger Car/4 Occupants – 2006 Gray Chevrolet Impala traveling West – Vehicle Operator and County resident Gregory D. Shock and passengers: Jamie S. Clark, Hunter Shock and Emma Shock. No suspected drug or alcohol use.

9-19-2022 – Sideswipe-Opposite Direction Collision at 8:33 a.m. CST on Happy Hollow Road KY1265 – 4 miles E of City Limits – Hawesville. HC Sheriff Dept DRAFT: Unit 2 was headed west on Happy Hollow Road when Unit 2 encountered Unit 1 across the center line headed East. Unit 2 had to swerve to avoid a collision with Unit 1. Unit 1 did not stop once Unit 2 left the roadway. Unit 2 went off the right side of the roadway and through a yard. Unit 1 was never located.

9-19-2022 – Unknown Extent of Damage – Collision at 11:00 CST traveling East at between 55-60 mph going straight ahead LT Truck (Van/Sports Utility/Pickup) – No environmental factors detected – No Human or Environmental Factors Detected.

9-19-2022 – Unknown Extent of Damage – Collision at 12:00 CST – Traveling West at between 45 & 50 mph going straight ahead – Event Collision: Earth Embankment/Rockcut/Ditch – No Vehicular or Environmental Factors Detected – Vehicle Operator Rebecca A. Little and Passenger Austin T. Robbins, both of Tell City – 2013 Tan Chevrolet Malibu. No suspected drug or alcohol use.
