Harold G. Sturgeon

Harold G. Sturgeon, 87 of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away April 15, 2022. He was born in Cloverport, Kentucky on October 9, 1934 to the late Carrie Ellen (Gines) and Herbert Sturgeon, Sr.

Harold proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was an owner/operator in the construction industry. He loved to coon hunt and the outdoors. Harold loved to gossip (chat). He also worked on small engines.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, David “Pete” Sturgeon and Kenneth Mac Sturgeon and sisters, Mary Margaret Sturgeon, Lou Alice Finley and Carolyn Sue Sturgeon. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Herbert Sturgeon, Jr. of Owensboro, Kentucky and Wayne Sturgeon.

Visitation for Harold will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022 from 10am-12pm with burial to follow in Cloverport Cemetery.
