Stephen V. “Steve” Raley
Stephen V. “Steve” Raley, 43, of Hawesville, passed away unexpectedly on January 20, 2020 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Owensboro, Ky on August 15, 1976 to James V. and Loretta Smith Raley. Steve was an Electrician and loved Volkswagons. He was preceded in death by his father, James V. Raley, stepdad, Edward Brown and a brother, Christopher C. Brown. Survivors include his wife, Karrie L. Raley; son; Nathaniel “Paul” (Shelby) Raley; daughters, Emily A. Raley and Kaitlyn L. Raley; mother, Loretta F. Brown; granddaughter, Abigail L. Raley; grandson, James V. Raley; sister, Gina (Steve Nelson) Hale; brother, Matthew (Quaid Lipking-Swan) Lipking; father and mother in law, Donnie and Sandy Young along with several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Patesville Baptist Church with burial following in Young Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 pm until 8 pm and Friday from 9 am until service time at Patesville Baptist Church.
