Lewisport residents help police find motorcycle rider who got away during high-speed chase

A Philpot man on a motorcycle led a Kentucky State Police trooper on a high-speed chase through Lewisport last Thursday night, drawing attention from residents who came outside to watch, and who helped police find the man after he got away.
Randall Logan Hamilton, 20, was clocked at 114mph during the pursuit that began just after 10 p.m. on Highway 60 when KSP trooper Shaun Schroader attempted to pull over the motorcycle for speeding.
