Schools get ever-changing state test results

Much of a presentation of the results of state-mandated test results during Thursday’s Hancock County School Board meeting was spent explaining how those tests change so often that they’re all but unusable.

Assistant Superintendent Gina Biever detailed the findings of the most recent scores on the Kentucky Performance Rating for Educational Progress (K-PREP) test, but nearly every category had changed enough from last year, or was about to change for next year, that there were few bits of useful information.
