By Dave Taylor

A Lewisport man is facing felony charges after police say he refused to give back a borrowed pickup and then broke out the windows as the owner tried to drive away in it.

David Charles Cowan, 28, was arrested Sunday evening and charged with first degree wanton endangerment, first degree criminal mischief and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after an incident that occurred at about 9:45 p.m. at Jumpin’ Jack’s truck stop.
